Anyone have anything solid on when points are extended till?
I don't ever call out
But need 2 days to help my dad and they wouldn't give me time off

Who really cares about their little points, anyway? If you are favored, they will take them off...which they definitely CAN do! If you are not favored, just call in or do your online call in. You can use any PPTO you have and if they're decent they will "allow" you to use YOUR PTO! If longer than 3 days needed, call Sedgewick and explain your dad's condition and that he needs you to help him. If your help will be needed intermittently, you ask Sedgewick for intermittent FMLA (family medical leave of absence). You'll need your dad's doctor to fill out the paperwork that Sedgewick sends or emails you. Good luck and don't sacrifice your family for Sams. It isn't worth it!
