There are the merger between PSE and ISC Engineering which will make up the losses. They will emerge larger than before.
Many of the people I dealt with from Mexico in the ten years or so before I left the company were in need of lots of training and/or experience. It took Phoenix Engines 40 years or so to learn much of what we did, so that's not a surprise.
That said, I had the pleasure of working with a few really excellent people in Chihuahua & Mexicali who could hold their own with the best of the Phoenix people. Hopefully they can survive this, if they haven't already left for greener pastures.
