Bringing back TIPS trainings....really? Someone on top needs to know that the retail landscape is completely different now. Knock knock ....it's the 90's at the door!

Just saw the August Merchandise Presentation Guidelines....so the DVM's are now the updated version of TIPS Trainors...wow.
Training In Presentation Standards. That’s a blast from the past! A long time ago, Visual or MTMs would group associates together and train them in recovery and merchandising standards. They had to have a signed roster and complete consistently. It makes sense, but that was when we had so many more employees. It was a different company. I sadly (at the time) quit about three years ago, and I’m so glad I did.

yeah what is tips training? you realize that these corporate stiff just make it look like they are working by introducing " new ideas" and say this will be good to CEO... but its just a farse
