As the title states.. one more $300 for full time and $150 for part time paid out August 20th

Believe me they’re getting their 300.00 back by lowering our Sam’s share bonus . There’s no way we didn’t Supermax the last 2 quarters But we didn’t get the 850.00 , nope we got 600.00 ! Funny how they did that . They only want to look good in the media .
They do not subtract it from your Sam's share. It is all extra money. Don't be do negative.
Why can't we throw at least something to some of the part timers that work three or four hours twice or 3 times a week? They show up, some have been here for years and years! These valuable people have been the crutch we lean on for so long. It hurts if they ever have to call off, which is very seldom from what I have seen in my club. The impact some of them have made over the years cannot be calculated, but experienced Members and coworkers love and respect them. Fifty bucks? A hundred as a good faith effort? Sometimes some of these people stay an extra hour to help out, and right now all the help we can get is a plus for our Members. I hope they stay. I can't blame them for feeling left out.
And they subtract that money from our Sams Share. So we are not getting anything extra. Our club is on track to be up about 20million for the year.
However, if you don't avg 15 hrs a week, you're not getting the Sam's share!! Bull C-ap.....It should at least should be pro-rated.

Look at us look at us we dont call off ! We are ssooooo loyal . Only been hear a few months or maybe a year or two but we sure are more loyal than those 20 year folks! HAHAHAHAHA The real reason you are not calling out is 1 you are a s— up Royal or 2 you dont have enough pto / legacy time to call out and get paid. NONE of you whiners are better workers than those of us making sure we get a little of what we earned in the first place. When you hit 20 years and realize you meant nothing here after all your little upper lips will quiver and the tears will fall. Lady Sams did not love you after all. She just whispered sweet nothings in your ear so you would buy nice things for her.
Home office if you're monitoring this, thanks for the extra bonus money but for the sanity of the people that actually show up for work could you please reinstate the point system? And while you're at it can you do something about our general manager that Vapes in his office all day long with the assistant manager right by his side, not wearing a mask? And then let's make rounds to make sure everyone's wearing their mask and we will call it a badge check. id–ts . What a joke
