Thinking of stepping down
From lead position in Membership

If they end market TL then I'll worry, now I am in the club, safe & sound, get the same pay to covid screen the associates - life is great!!
Why would you step down now when you are doing other (lesser level) jobs but still getting the team lead pay ?? I would stick it out until the position gets eliminated
I don't see a problem, you won't lose much in pay and there are other jobs in the store which won't be deleted. We've had several team leads step down. Most went to fresh, one to bakery. They weren't interested in being full time, with undesirable split days off.
Why do you want to step down? I do everything that is already said.
I’m a Marketing Lead an I’m everywhere. MSL, Club Pickup, Membership among other things. Go figure lol
Only if you want to be out of a job before long. They keep talking about doing away with the marketing postions. And it's harder than you think especially right now.
