Not looking good for CMs or HCMSS.... if the care manager is giving resources, then maybe the HCMSS will become CMs like they are in SNP, so they may be reducing staff that way?

Looks like the layoffs happened :(
No E in “Stacy” Stacy Wheeldon.
I am with a Telephonic HCM Team and all but one of our teammates were moved to either telephonic transitions or telephonic LTIH effective 8/17 with some that started last week. LTIH HCMs have a roster with care plans again. I agree it’s a little worrisome, I feel like I am a unicorn where I love my job and love working for Humana and most importantly from home especially with the pandemic. So many of my friends and family were either laid off, furloughed, or moved to work at home so rapidly that they had daily computer issues.
She is not leaving she is being moved to pharmacy department 8-17-2020. No replacement for her position has been announced yet. At this time she manages Humana at Home

What is she the director of? I can’t find her in my email search or Hi search.
Stacey Wheldon
What Director is leaving?
Do you know when?
Director is leaving and more to come
Post discharge..you mean the HAH Transitions program? It is def worrisome!
Not leaving now. I will wait until I get severance. My guess is Oct. we will be told we are no longer needed.
Who is jumping ship? The new PCM survey is to determine if there is a ROI for HAH care management & PD care management. If not I don’t know what’s going to happen.
PD post discharge
What does PD CM mean? I get the care manager CM part....what is PD?
Everyone is jumping ship! We know what that means....
Constant change for sure! How can they expect accuracy when it changes overnight!
It sure doesn’t. It sounds like HAH is going to be the main owner/case manager. I am wondering if PD CM’s are going to be absorbed into HAH or laid off. Constant changes are the only guarantee here.
