Wow I put my lunch in the refrigerator in the break room with my drink and both of them are gone and I talk to mantinence guy and he didn't touch it you have to watch everything around here they snatch your food up too.

Next time you leave your lunch in the refrigerator, make sure you put a tasty dessert (that you don't intend to eat yourself) with it that's loaded with laxative.
Had the meat stolen from my frozen dinner, the potatos were left for me.
I bring a playmate with blue ice in it and go out to my car and eat! I didn't want to eat in the break room because of the filth on the tables in the fridge. the floor ,people are pigs can't pick up after themselves. But theft has happened in our club also, so yeah just get a lunchbox some blue ice & put it in your locker that works ,even on top of locker, don't think they would go through it if it was up there.

Look around at the type of people you work with! That should give you the reason why there is so much theft!
It happens at my club too. I keep my lunch in my locker with a cold pack it's the only way.
