Since, store workers are getting of option of wfh or severance, does anyone see the possibility of severence for call center workers who either cannot meet the HBA requirements or do not want to work at home?

Has anyone reached out to HR who is not able to wfh and what was said ?
Maybe on a case by case basis. No one has mentioned severance. Q&A for the new work from home program, recommends reaching out to HR if you are unable to work from home permanently.
