For those that are on LOA for covid related emergency, how long do you have to return to work without loosing your position? I am aware it was always 90 days max but are they extending it to more days do to the epidemic ?

It all depends. The 12 week thing depends on the circumstances.......two at our club have been out for months & they are job protected!!!!??????
12 weeks position protected as long as your Loa has been approved. After that if you haven’t returned to work they can post your position. But as stated in another comment, call Sedgwick for guidance.
Call Sedgewick and they will tell you! Plan on being on hold for awhile.
