Honeywell so so sad, lack of professionalism, yet they demand it from their employees.
Amazing how management forgets about all the daily overtime and Saturday’s people do to get the backlog log of repairs down. Plus the daily quotas for the groups.
I hope these RIF’s backfire and the remaining employees seek other jobs and leave the cupboard bare!!!!
It’s so hilarious employers want 2 weeks notice before leaving and look what they do in return.
Honeywell definitely could wait a few more months when air travel picks up.
Do not underestimate the sadistic nature of the executive. They convince themselves that it is "less disruptive for the business" to let people stew and release people over weeks and months. They are certain the workers won't notice that honeywell has the same number of employees as 20 years ago...but less than half work in the us. Surely another weekend of overtime before a layoff will be appreciated.. those band 2s live paycheck to paycheck after all...
Execs claim to be decisive and agressive leaders parading around like battle field surgeons on a mission to save the patient's life by amputating... look closer and you will see a sadistic smile as they do the amputation with hand shears from garden.. first we'll snip this little finger off and see how things go...no need for a prosthetic. The other fingers will have to carry the load. Then we'll take a few more from the other site....
To me.. working at honeywell has been a decade long horror movie.
Geee.. i wonder if this felling this way impacts delivered quality? Nah...i can't even remember the names of those missing fingers. Really only need one anyway.
I’m guessing next week is correct. I would imagine that they would want this completed by the end of he quarter. We get hell week version 2.0 starting Monday.
