Too much is too much. Do you know what the optical teams are allowed to do and not to do as far as patients are concerned? 60 page opening manual for opening operations. Clean and sanitize. Thats it. They are making it so hard for the opticians to effectively help their patients. It is ridiculous. What are your thoughts concerning this disaster? The upper echelon has no idea what these individuals do on a day to day basis.

I counted 54 pages.
They have no idea what we do and they feel that they can make decisions based on what they don’t know!!
Is it really 60 pages? I work in optical and was looking forward to reopen.
