has anyone been able to actually use some of their legacy personal or sick time ? If so how ? I mean how do you request it as there is no option for it on the time off screen?

Go on the Wire the information and steps are stated pretty simple.
U have to use all your pto and ppto to use your old personal time. Sick time can only be used to take off to take care of a family member and after using all pto and ppto. And then I think u can only use 80 hours.
