There is no long term. Get out while you can.
- More hours and higher at risk. Worse case they force us to part time in the future or just schedule us less, or they want us gone so bad we get a VSP. If you leave 40 you will never go back. Imagine a part timer ever getting a promotion. Part timers now and in the future are burger flippers. Full timers will over see them when we go to 1 GM 1 SM and 1 KH/LSS.
