And the executives wonder why morale is so bad in IT (GTS). It never ends.

McKinsey is the same consultant that advised Vz on the 2018 IT rebadge to Infosys. How did that work out?

This is currently under review by VZ board. Need their approval before signing the deal.

Omg is it really true.. Any VSPs for offshore teams. How come it will be bangalore and chennai.. Q4 is not very far.. If company gives an option of VSP with some criteria then it will be really great or they can implement role rationalisation and settle out rather than pressurzing the employee by rebadging or layoffs..

it’s going to be announced in Q4. Verizon India is mostly a separate entity from legal and compliance perspective. Easier to execute than Infosys deal as most of the controls already exists. Some of the enforcement and audits would be driven out of Singapore.

We never know the captive strategy. Citi Bank IT was completely given to TCS and it was a successful model
