People act like they were forced to take retail sales jobs.
To the poster below me Retail won’t know the new base salary or team at risk until July 22nd. Changes go into affect on August 1st.
What is starting base salary for retail?
I think it would be easier for everyone to adjust if Verizon would give ALL the information and most importantly their pay so employees can make the right decision for themselves and their family. Then once that decision is made people can adjust because they will know what they have to work with. Right now, being told you have options but not what those options pay and the scheduling details of jobs like telesales, makes it hard to make a decision and adjust.
Let them have a good cry first.
