We have heard this over and over. Any one have any new info Part time/Full time/Pay/Hours changing/ Spots being cut (positions) Some stores are not even fallowing the playbook what options do we have Gm s and asm are tire of dealing with angry customers and are letting them run the store. Not surprise. It seems every one is scare to call HR to report the bad management well at least the folks who want to keep their jobs the others really don't care because either A they are leaving or they are like we don't Give a F#4k. Bottom line we need to unite not the UNION lol and do something what Thats the thing what can we do. I say we can't fight the change or the pay we all have our options and will have to make a Strategic move that's with out a doubt but we should not let Managment push us around and not even fallow policy.

I missed the formula. Care to elaborate?
This post has a lot of truth we should not let management act like that. As far as news nothing yet but what has all ready been said.
They have already given us the formula to figure out EXACTLY how much will be added to our hourly pay as well as the new at risk amounts. What more “ new “ do you want ? Will they permanently close some stores ? Yes! Will they convert some stores into resellers ? Yes! Will store headcount and hours decrease ? Yes! Will stores be permanently on Sunday’s? Maybe, probably not 4th quarter though. Will all levels of management be downsized? 1000% yes! Many managers will lose their jobs.
