You have to look at your schedule every day and even take a picture of it because these managers are changing schedules left to right and don't let nobody know anything. smhhhhhh

They will call it the "needs of the business". Everyone gets 2 days off. There is no reason they can't put them together so maybe you can go camping or something with your family. The stress this place causes, 2 days off in a row are seriously needed. However, the incompetence of people doing the schedules makes it impossible. They no longer put family first.
Don't fret. In the very near future, you're going to wish management could change the schedules. H.O. is going to lock all scheduling so NOTHING can be changed. IF you have something you need to do—burn your PTO buddy.
It's very rarely a manager that changes the schedules. It's the friggin assistant managers and mainly the team leads that use managers Ids to change schedules to suit them!
Unless your life revolves around Sam's, get out! They usually pull this sh`` to get rid of you and they enjoy it! The stress isn't worth it.
