I work in Pennsylvania and our at risk is $1350.00 per month. I know that hourly pay is based on demographic so someone who works in NYC makes more per hour but do we all have the same at risk ?

There are 4 zones. Based off cost of living and market share.
Zone 1 at risk is 14,700 it will be 10,070
Zone 2 is 15,500 it will be 10,600
Zone 3 is 16,200 it will be 11,130
Zone 4 is 17,000 it will be 11,660
Tell your managers tomorrow and blow their minds. So big number divided by 12 and get your new at risk monthly

When I worked in Hawaii last year it was $1658
