Curious how these changes moving away from roster will impact staff and need for nurses.

Looks like it happened. So sorry guys.
I will make an educated guess that they will not at all need as many nurses in the near future, likely by fall.
With a lot of interest in part time maybe this will be the best option for Humana and HCMs
HCCP HAH Telephonic case managers will no longer have rosters and will use draw next. Starting the last week in June

Wouldn’t be surprised if layoffs were coming
