People need to adhere to the playbook, if not let your director know. Seems eager DMs, maybe covid deniers are trying to push out less restrictions. Be safe, keep you safe, keep others safe. We are not “out” of this (covid)

Management was told by directors and Market VPs that no customer is to be turned away unless they are sick.

The store management are so scared to get a poor survey score here's what's happening at the location where I'm at. Reps touching customers phones, customers not wearing masks outside the store with reps engaging them in close proximity, customers browsing, reps helping customers at the dreaded bill payment, and throw out the 6 ft rule. The management just are delegating the customers that are walking up ! Not much prescreening done ! All because of the survey. Like I've said Management are glorified inventory and greeters !

2nd wave is going to result in widespread retail closures and layoffs. Make sure you have some extra money tucked away because it’s gonna be bad. Call center employees are still working from home. Does that sound right to you guys? We are not far from being replaced by the internet and vending machines! Vote union or it’s over for all of us!!!
