Stores that are currently closed Sundays before Covid 19. How many managers did you have 1GM 2SM or 1GM 1SM 1LLS?

What a bunch of tools you all are. Get a life
I highly doubt they will reopen on Sundays especially if they are upping our base pay. In California we make 35% more on Sundays so they would be paying out a lot more on Sundays if they choose to reopen. I’m sure they took all this into consideration.
@2rtc+15pAeoAb Upward coaching? Yeah right, there is no upward but drinking kool aid. Try to express safety concerns and you get a reply of either I’ll look into it or shut the f up. One team is top down, not bottom up.
That’s good. However we will not be closed Sunday’s forever. Maybe until the fall. And to the complainer on this site about management. How about some upward coaching to them. You have to realize this is a new normal to everyone and yes that includes our leadership team
Yesterday on the conference call Krista said we have no plans for opening up on Sunday at this time and we will look at demand throughout the remainder of this year.
It sounds like you are ineffective yourself
I cant believe what I read on this site. When we get back to normal? That is when ? The management team in the store are just glorified inventory and customer greeters, the last one most do not do well.they dont ask the customers any particulars like if they're on account, the reps cant touch their phones, thus we don't do pretend tech support , they should upgrade on line etc etc etc. So that's when we do their jobs on escalation and showing them what Verizon recommends. I've seen reps touching phones with no gloves, people not wearing masks ,yes outside and not 6 feet apart. Store MGMt is ineffective at best.
We will for sure be open on Sundays once things go back to compete normal which could be some time. Our competitors are open on Sunday. Sundays are a buying day at many locations.
Sunday cost them money. Some locations will be open on Sunday but many will not. Some malls, strip centers have rules for tenets that requires stores to be open all days and a window of hours.
Management cuts are next. Automated schedule... Etc
Speaking of Sunday’s it doesn’t look like corporate stores will ever open again on that day. With that said it is pretty much a given that there will be some major leadership cutbacks. It will be a domino effect but speaking from the store level you have to figure that many SM’s will be out of a job sooner then later. We have already been told every store will see reduced hours and headcount going forward. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that most certainly will include management.
