My 1st level is very good, we are lucky in my yard The other nearby yard ? Not so much !
You want to get rid of Managers? Be an adult, stop being a child, do your job. The reason there seems like a lot of Managers is because they aren’t managing, they’re babysitting. I know you won’t like my statement but the truth hurts.
