Verizon IT is almost entirely South Asian (Indian). Where are the Black workers? Why are there no Blacks in Leadership? Black Lives Matter.

same reason there are no south asians on basketball teams
Because blacks deserve better
because they will be taking a step down for leaving a job at fast food for a job working wireless. many also can't pass a background check.
Norcal had two black leaders. One was fired for charging a family vacation to his PCard. The other was fired for s-xting female store employees half his age. We tried, but insticts overcame them both.
