Someone should write a letter to Forbes about what is happening under this new pay plan and how it will effect us in the long run. In the middle of pandemic a bomb gets dropped that's not leadership that a dictatorship.

The majority of people affected are going to be the ones who slam products. There aren’t many people who do things the right way that this will negatively impact. The people it will eliminate will just make it a better chance to max your CX bonuses which is where the majority of pay will come from.

Since VZ enables access to FB and Google, it doesn’t mean VZ is much valuable than those. Revenue per byte pushed is race to the bottom.

almost 40 million unemployed people now due to pandemic so Forbes will not care about retail salespeople that don't like their commissions structure. be lucky you have a job. no sympathy from unemployed people or other workers that are about to be jobless - think victorias secret, macys, jc penney, sears, starbucks, amc theatres, sprint, every airline.

If you didn’t see a no commission pay structure coming, then you haven’t been paying attention. Corporate retail has a shelf life, planning a future as an SS, SM, or GM isn’t smart. You’ll take this new structure just like the last. If you’re really mad about it then try to get a better job....we’ll wait.
