Contact-trace these toxic managers and rank their toxicity in a database. The world needs to know!
Write down the names of all these micromanagers and perform contact-tracing to determine the boundaries of their network. It is important for the world to know 'the exact nature of these people' and their TOXIC management techniques so that some books can be published for future generations.
These nasty natured managers have been emboldened by 'silence from the lambs' and their 'silent suffering'. It is time for LION-hearted LAMBERTS to come out and identify these people and ensure they are ostracized properly and held "ACCOUNTABLE" for abusing people's goodwill.
It's when good people do nothing and choose to endure and ignore—when 'evil' managers prevail!
Stand up and assert your moral position with moral fortitude. Otherwise, the good managers will be crushed by the weight of these toxic managers.
Do it your for yourself, your friends, your brothers, sisters, family, children, grandchildren, the community, the region, our 'morally strong' society, our nation and for our world and its future. This abuse needs to STOP!
It was the most toxic work environment I’ve ever experienced. So many unhappy and rude people. I was honestly so so so very ok with being riffed. Like the other poster said, my headaches and constant worry are gone.
I was so stressed when they let me go a few weeks back. I feel better than ever now! I sleep like a baby, my back and neck pain is reduced, and I don’t get headaches from the relentless b—s— they crammed down our throats. I’m sure DA is still saying “we make mask we do good thing we make jobs thank you president for being my boyfriend” and I feel sorry for everyone that has to hear it.
