Is anyone that has been laid off or has info be willing to say what departments are getting laid off? I know I am seeing CCB and CB, but what specific areas? credit card, mortgage, purchase, auto etc? And other than NY, NJ and FL are there other locations effected? TIA!

Paid for unused vacation days and floating holidays, not paid for unused sick days
Any word about cuts for CIB?
Which LOB/Business unit of Wilmington they are laid off? Is it GTI?
IT in Wilmington as well. 7 people in my group - almost 20%. Most of them over 50. 45 day notice.
How many commercial bankers in NJ ?
mortgage laid off 20%? A friend of mine works in mortgage and he said they are so busy they cant keep up... I find it hard to believe layoffs are in the mortgage area
Mortgage 20%, my last day August 30. And there is a hiring freeze.
GTI-jc, location strategy was the reason cited
General services is getting hit. I just learned I’m on the list - 15 years of brainwashing we are all a big family that needs to support one another BS. Then all of the sudden you get that call followed by an email with documents to sign promising not to sue. All your access taken away - it’s called offboarding. Feels strange to not be part of the “family” all of the sudden after all these years.
GTI laid off many, more in JC than other sites. So much for ethics and community support JD talks about.
2 people myself included corporate tax nyc. 34 yrs.
@The guy below. And I am disappointed that you are so naive “believing him” .
disappointed of him? lol
Any layoff in KYC of AWM? Private Banking?
I know two people (could be more) of our floor get laid off, of around 40 employees. Chicago, CIB.
JD talked about CEO not just be responsible for shareholders, but also be responsible to the stakeholders (community and employees). Layoff employees during Covid-19 is just against this principle. I am disappointed at him.
Chicago CB KYC (45-50%). QC (Columbus?) as well. They said KYC (across US).
Are we paid for vacation and sick days if we are laid off?
Heard Wilmington, too
I would like to know as well. Just got a baby and still paying for mortgage. More details on the layoff so I can plan my options accordingly literally saves my life. Thanks in advance !
