Benefits run out July 31 and no comms from HR/benefits yet. Has anyone else heard details and have been able to sign up? Any insights to the process would be greatly appreciated.

The website is still active. Use the "Health & Insurance" tab for info on COBRA coverage, the cost and other questions to sign up.

Try signing up as a new user on this web link. I used it about Sept 2017 to sign up for COBRA coverage. It also gave me cost info and answered other questions I had and I was able to sign up through it. I don't know if this website is still active. Good luck to you.

I did the same thing, I called yo make sure I was signed up, they will send the bill to your home address. Even though it was after the date mine expired, the coverage was still applied.
You can call HR Help at (877) 258 3699, Option 4. I spoke to an agent and she said Honeywell system has to be updated first for end-of-coverage status before COBRA enrollment can be opened. But not to worry the agent said because COBRA enrollment would be retroactive to August 1st so there would be no lapse in coverage. I suggest calling to get more details such as the cost of premiums under COBRA specific to your case.
