@byt+15YpKVCl I have worked through this entire ordeal and pandemic, being denied vacation time due to “no coverage” while others in my district sat at home getting paid 100% of their salary/Commission. If we called in sick, we had to use our time. We didn’t have options!
This move by Verizon is straight bullsh*t. They are giving options and they want people to make decisions within 5 hours of being notified that their job is in jeopardy.
WFH options are not always available to people who do not have quiet houses, good internet, or other reasons, hence why they were hired to work retail.
Not all districts have open slots, so going to another store isn’t always an option for that person. Want to stay in your store that is overstaffed? Good luck! They are doing it based on tenure, not performance.
This company has gone down hill since November 1, 2019 when they took away coachings and accountability. The quality of the reps has decreased ever since they stopped d–g testing. I give it 5 years till another company buys Verizon courtesy of Hans running another company into the ground.
