If you use LOA and are over age 50 you just signed your own death warrant with this company. You will receive bogus coachings and below standard evaluations until you are gone. It doesn't matter what your sales and performance has been prior.

Leave of absence will inactivate you and if your name shows up anywhere it disappears temporarily including receipts
Or maybe a smart manager and he decided to get out of the unsanitary conditions.
Why are you afraid? Are you the only one in your store that knows he has covid?
When my store manager was out on a loa they did that while he was gone. When he returned it was switched back.
Cannot say. Afraid of retaliation & job security. Shouldn’t be that way, but it is.
