Thread regarding Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) layoffs

HPE acquires Silver Peak

Press release from their company:

Just another company we’ve acquired due to lack of internal innovation.

We’re also pulling an IBM by acquiring companies during layoffs. So much Antonio’s philosophy of saving every penny that we have.

Alrighty. Here is one example just released.

Again, HP, HPE, the E at the end makes no difference.

HP Inc is not HPE. At least link to the correct company articles if you're going to instill fear in SP emps pulled into HPE.

Well HP said that SP would be a complement to their existing SD-WAN.

I wojld be worroed if I was SP employees. HP isn't shy from massive layoffs.

They just laid off atleast 7000 people last fall:

This shows that Aruba SD-WAN is way behind compared to other companies. Not surprised HPE decided to pull the plug on internal product since it was buggy and full of defects and lacked many high priority features.
Big time layoffs coming soon in Aruba SD-WAN.
