If you were laid off please leave a fair and honest glassdoor review.

I left a fair review that - despite what a c-appy company Honeywell is and how it treats its employees like sh!t nowadays - I had the great pleasure of learning from and working with the greatest people who still continue to inspire me up to this day at my new company and role.
Even now, after all these layoffs, there are still lickspittles posting glowing five-star reviews on Glassdoor praising the company and its management. Smart job-seekers regard Glassdoor as a joke, and only peruse the negative reviews for signs of trouble in a company, knowing that the positive ones are virtually all bogus.
The average glassdoor rating is very heavily weighted by the recent reviews. This is what allows a company to shift the rating up quickly by padding with a relatively small number of phony/coerced reviews. The average rating can also move down quickly. Leaving an honest review will not jeopardize your severance. There needs to be court order for Glassdoor to divulge information. An accurate rating is a service for potential employees. The current rating is not accurate, it is puffed up by the company.
There is a non-disparagement clause in the separation agreement. I will leave a review after my severence pay ends, but a fair and honest review from me will appear libelous to them.
And how will that make your life any better?
