CEO paid himself handsomely IN CASH before BK. Were any of the performance metrics related to employee retention? Doubt it.
Company did NOT have to declare BK so soon unless CEO was lying about everything the whole time up to the pre(mature) filing.
CEO cited COVID-19 as an excuse for BK.
Rush to OTC market to keep short (friends) of CEO from getting crushed.
