Sir, this is Verizon.
They allow it for themselves and a couple there people but I’m expected to be available at all times they are on so just an extended day for me.
Never heard of it but it wouldn’t work for us because we need to collaborate so we all keep the same general hours.

WFH s—s a– but doesn’t s— as bad as being in a store. Leadership is kind of clueless, and we should have more tools available to us. To answer your question, no, my boss does not provide schedule flexibility, but then again, I’ve been moved around to different groups about 4 times.
Working from home has not have any negative impact here, to the contrary it has been a lot more efficient for the co and myself, being home I can prolong the time doing work without affecting personal time...no idling in traffic back and forth...that is about two hours daily that I can use to advance my work, taking calls even after hours..
No issues,.etc...it's been a god gift for many including co.
