So anyone else anywhere having told if you don’t wear a mask or wear it wrong, first time get coached then next time fired??? Also if work more then 5 hours have to have temp taken again???

Our cart associates wear shields while outside and masks inside. This is approved by Corp.
Ha! Our last, remaining cart associate quit. He came back in today, with a mask hanging by the strap, off one ear.
We have had 139 cases in our county since this started. There is no reason a cart associate would have to wear a mask unless they came inside. I'm the only cart associate and I'm not wearing a mask in this humid, boiling heat, especially during a heat advisory. Home office is full of croup.
All our cart people quit. It's impossible to wear a mask when it's 100 plus outside and you're all sweaty and breathing hard. Its ridiculous. People who complain when its an outside job need to get a life and worry about themselves.
Health departments are starting to fine associates in counties of requirements.
We had a member or members call the police department because associates were either not wearing a mask or were not wear them properly. Apparently they called the store and spoke to a manager. Email sent out for all to wear their masks.
At our club, home office came down for a visit and saw the cart guys not wearing masks which I understand because it’s like 100 degrees out right now and it’s hard to breath. But because of that we now have to wear it all through our shift even after the store is closed. It has to cover your mouth and nose and if they see you not wearing it properly, they will warn you then coach you.
