When will retail leaders get the supposed corporate message and stop with the hour by hour numbers beatdowns? In Ohio they have never stopped with sales numbers beatdowns and now they have added touch less numbers and now the Verizon credit card numbers in as well. It is still just a constant beatdown all day long for numbers only worse.

Thats a wonderful idea,can you imagine the 2 store Sms by themselves, they couldn't and wouldn't handle all their customers problems,they couldn't delegate to anyone they would be lost and confused they arehypocrites to the last! The reps would face retribution if this took place.
Defund all the arm chair quarterbacks!! The Executives won't change their ways, the only thing they know how to do is terrorize and intimidate employees with their reports and micromanaging strategies. Boycott the stores till we get hazard pay back!!! If we all start calling in sick, they will have no choice but to close the stores and pay us!!
I was told today that its BAU in the stores by a SM, this with no phones on display, yellow hazard tape up, not all accessories on display! She said it while "coaching a rep" about telling customers to save money by doing an in store pickup. The stores have become very unsafe with the surveys controlling store mgmt in every decision they make!
It's all bark. They have no power to do anything. They are just worried about getting laid off. So because they don't know anything else to do due to being useless.
It will all be over soon. Relax and enjoy the ride.
Same in B2B ... just constant beating down of numbers and activities. They don’t want to hear or ignore that the facts. They just want to stress everyone out. Business are having a hard time.
