Does anyone believe July’s layoffs will begin tomorrow? Or should we expect them on the 13th?

Someone needs to as HPE why they are outsourcing depts. of the company to India. Also there was no "Official Pre-Layoff" that is BS. Like any firing come in and boom you are out of a job. Maybe they need to stop building new office buildings and spend more on time management and leadership to help their company be more successful!!
The HPE "People First" Cost Reductions (i.e WFRs notifications) are planned to continue each Monday until the end of 4FQ20.
Next WFR date 7/13
The "pre-layoff" notification is unofficial and should be terminated. It adds no value and does not resolve the HPE Executive / Management team of being accountable.

Good thing HPE is "here to help" our customers with $2 billion. I mean it's not like any of that could have been used internally to save jobs ....
"People first when it comes to telling your people, not company first."
LMAO!!!
If you truly had a 'people first' process, there would not BE any layoffs. What a blind corporate twit.
Today!
A "pre-layoff" notification is unofficial. I'm a manager and will tell my team if we are getting hit because it's the right thing to do so they have time to start looking for other roles (internal or external). Waiting for the official notice only delays that. People first when it comes to telling your people, not company first.
Nothing yet just numerous employees posting that they have received a "pre-layoff" notification from their people leaders that their WFR date is sometime in July 2020.
My experience at Compaq, HP, HPE there was no such thing as an "Official Pre-Layoff" notificaton from People leaders.
Does anyone have any details how official a "pre-layoff" noticatons is ?
