We only have one or two team leads on duty at any given time. It angers me that I stand, waiting, at the register for a key turn, while our team lead does click n pulls. A manager ask me why it took me eight minutes to wait on a member at the register!
Well.........No one in our club is assigned to dispense orders, so no one does....well, the front end team leads will, but first they have to do key turns, get items out of the cage, go up to the desk and answer a phone call, wait on a member at jewelry, run to self-check and punch buttons there, and then they can go to the other end of the building to get the cold/frozen items for the curbside order, and then squeeze past members, waiting in line to get out the door, so they can pull a flatbed out from under the steel (pushing members aside, because someone thought it was smart to put the full flatbeds by the exit door.} Finally they radio for the one cart guy to come get the order to take it out the door. As soon as the cart guy is finished bringing a load of carts, he'll get the order out.
So yeah, a half hour is fast.
Now if the team lead is on a break or lunch, then who does the click n pull is up in the air.
I was told by an associate that the ship from club was an overwhelming job. Also in our club the so called curbside pickup is a joke. People are sitting in their vehicles for 30 plus minutes waiting for their orders. Such a joke.
Ship from Club.....com shipping from club. Selective clubs are going this.
exactly what is SFC-lite?
