HPE is blatantly discriminating on age. Lawsuits will be filed and ex-employees will win big dollars. They can’t hide what they are doing and better offer better severance packages to anyone over sixty. HR will have to expose their criteria for selected layoffs. Pay now or pay later HPE but you will pay. More than that the CEO should be ashamed of letting it happen!
