The incompetent CSC global leader sitting somewhere remote in Europe has decided in his infinite wisdom that America’s will be reduced by 50 percent, APAC (not including India) by 25 percent, and EMEA by 10 percent (surprise, surprise). If those numbers sound deep and rather arbitrary, they sure are). Crazy thing is he will be the last one standing just by way of being in the untouchable boy’s club.

Sooner or later you have to wake up and realize you are nothing but noise to these people.
There are exceptions, but many 'business leaders' cannot, and have not, invented anything, produced anything, marketed anything, designed anything, or improved anything. Nor do they intend to. They are here strictly to line their own pockets and 'provide shareholder value'.
They accomplish this by worming their way into a previously successful company and raping its resources... the employees, the customers, the clients, and the books. Once sufficient cream has been skimmed off the top and the returns diminish, they move on to 'help' another company.
Difficult as this is to accept, it is not just the fault of the parasitical upper leadership. This process is what is being taught in modern business programs. I earned my MBA from a reputable business university in 2008, and this method was already well under way. Innovation, invention, leadership, corporate responsibility and forward-thinking all took a back seat to raiding corporate assets, maximizing shareholder value, and teaching how to be shrewd enough to know when to bail out and repeat.
I fear this 'leadership' method has all but permeated the largest corporations... companies big enough to warrant the risk of tearing them down. If you want to work for a forward-thinking, innovative company, I see three options:
1) Investigate companies less that 10 years old
2) Seek out those with less than 2 Billion in gross annual income
3) Create your own
Or you can choose to succumb yourself to the DCXs of the world.
Good luck.
The irony of the clueless guy they put in charge of the CSC is that his name rhymes with mo–n. It’s bad enough the company is in dire straits, but the CSC is even worse off
Alpharetta was already hit VERY hard in May and has thinned down, another huge cut and it's no point keeping the building
