What is the Protocol at Sams Club if one of their employees has coronavirus. As far as the Club itself.

There is no protocol.
I understand HIPPA, however if an associates tests positive, then the management needs to inform ALL OF US, JUST NOT AN HANDFUL OF PEOPLE. This is stupid and inconsiderate.
The five feet social distance works for cashier lines; but when you stock, members walk a trench up your pants pockets to get the new fresh product you are trying to stock over in fresh. I've literally turned to get more product and be nose to nose with someone.
Nothing is done. We have at leaste 7 cases that I know of.
Because of HIPPA they cannot by law disclose anyone's medical condition I believe that certain law's and rule's are going to have to be changed to allow people to make a choice that is right for them, if I became infected I would personally tell everyone I am sure the company doesn't want people to do that but we have to look out for each other.
We have 4 that tested positive. A walgreens employee just tested positive today and they closed down except for the pharmacy drive thru. Nevada
What is wrong with our management team? And then Home Office? They all should be ashamed of themselves for not being up front and honest. Masks need to be required by all; they need to limit the number of members in the club at one time. They need to educate associates on the proper way to wear their mask. Many do not wear masks over nose and at time their mouths. This is has got to stop.
I also inquired about Positive Covid 19 case in our club on the site 12 days ago. This is what I got back; "Quarantine for 14 days if you had any contact. Test before and after. Notify your local health department or cdc because your manager probably won't report it or tell associates for fear everyone will quarantine for 2 weeks". What I can tell you is our management team did not inform all employees. They spoke to a small group of people, held the meeting in receiving in the early morning, told all in attendance not to say anything. The were warned about gossiping. Can you believe that? Gossip? We all have the right to know. This company never ceases to amaze me. Good Luck.
