Curious hiw everyone is doing with curbside. Especially clubs who just started. We've been doing it for about a year so for us it's not any different. Our biggest issue are the members who don't want to prepay.

We had teams a year or so ago, before block scheduling. Home office decided to get rid of those people. Home office never, ever, thinks about how their concepts work in real world situations.
We are told that if we do enough orders we can get a team. IF we reach said goal and get a team that bumps us up to the team pay of $15. I can tell you that it is not going to happen anytime soon unless someone steps in and makes it happen and that someone will have to be someone above our club manager because at this time we have maybe two people doing Curbside and after they leave it is whoever they put there.
So at our club Curbside is done by whatever two associates are doing picks that day and we hope they show up because if they do not we are stuck with whoever gets thrown over there.
How sad is it that with a team they could pull these orders much more effectively but management turns their heads and then wonders why they are playing catch up after these two associates leave for the day. Shame on these clubs that are doing this and after all that is being done right now with how people are being treated it will come back and bite them...the clubs that are doing this not the associates who are being treated as they are.
