No, it's not when you can't keep walk in customers from parking in the three spaces we have set aside for it, and they really can't pick up "curbside" because there's a restricted fire lane there, and when the customers call into AYS for a pickup, there's lines at AYS and no one can break away to do the delivery....even worse if it's a jewelry item and you have to go TO A DIFFERENT FLOOR to get the item then back downstairs to go to the car. I'm dreading Christmas if we don't get this FIXED!
