I am a cart pusher and currently at our club a large portion of are carts are damaged.( We are good on Flat Carts.) So during busy days the demand exceeds the supply of carts we have and so the entrance bay becomes difficult to stock with carts.
Today another associate tole me the Club Manager said he ordered more carts but they accidentally go sent to another club in another State/city. Anyone one experiencing this or has?
You guys get paid to do nothing. You know this is true. Just stop caring about what management says.
My best advice, feign caring to management and express your concerns about the cart shortage and when they do nothing about it, point that out When (not if) they coach you for lack of carts.
We do not want to hear excuses cart person !..get those carts in here pronto ! collect them spray them and wipe them down ! , And load tables , water , grills and chairs...go go go...hahahahha I do not want your job it seems so thankless. if you are loading something you should be gathering carts ,,if you are gathering carts you should be loading something. etc....
