the only people they are hurting are their fellow workers and yes they still get the bonus of 300.00. Pay the people that have not called off three days in a row, then back for one day and then turn around and call off again. i understand these people are not earning time off (PTO). but I don't feel sorry or them, come to work. your first 40 hour week is going to be funny, when points come back you'll be sorry, because you haven't worked a full week in months. Come on Walmart pay the people that have been working 40 hour weeks for months, attendance policy is a JOKE.

Bonuses are based on Club performance. Not just showing up to work.
