the club i work in has been firing people on job performance for calling out ...some of these people dont have a single coaching so how is this allowed i see law suits in the near future

Extended to December 31st.
Management at my club said they are going start coaching for job performance for call outs since they keep extending no points
They extended it to July 31
I heard it has been extended until July 31
