Its sad that you give this company 100% and you get no positive feed back from the management at all everything is negative and they always want you to do more.

You are not allowed to complain about negativity. That's being negative. Being a "long termer" is frowned upon nowadays. The company wants a yes sir or ma'am person even. Most of my managers and team leads only follow company direction when someone is visiting and touring the club. Otherwise it's do as I say not as I do.
I hate to say it, but you must be a long termer who doesn't check any boxes on the diversity chart.
