How can you keep the meat department looking good when only 1 person shows up for the morning shift and 3 other associates call out.

In my case, Mondays are usually horrible anyway because it's just me opening and someone else closing and my team lead who basically does nothing but busy work. People blaming "abusers" when it was paper thin scheduling to begin with.
Really sorry you have to deal with this due to home office policy that is being abused by associates that just don't care about their coworkers. Hopefully it will catch up with the abusers soon.
Managers should all be trained to step in and step up. Yeah...right
The Walmart Way is having 1 associate perform the jobs of 3-4 people. So all associates should be used to it by now. /s
The sad...... wrong word......the pathetic thing about it is the Home Office or Store/Club Manager couldn't give 2 phucks about the issues unless it hits the bottom line.
