I'm glad the new thing we are pushing is a CC. First its something new. Second it's not b—s— like HUM or TMP+++++with tech protect and personal cooking service. It's a CC it's simple it's useful and it's really easy for a customer to understand it.

Hi mr customer, you can earn cash back but you can only redeem your points on Verizon products or services.
Except most of us have been there where we have had a credit card and been like ok I will pay it off to avoid interest but then your car dies or your AC goes out and that money goes to fix those things and your stuck getting charged all kinds of interest. Especially during this pandemic, no ones financial health is guaranteed and if they get let go from their job in a few weeks and have this 21% APR (or 18% APR if it’s the signature credit card) that they made charges to and were planning on paying off responsibly but now they can’t how much good is that doing a customer? It just feels wrong to me and like it’s not in a communication company’s wheel house, but I’m sure there is a reason aka we will stop doing Dpps and let synchrony take the hit financially if customers use the card to buy a phone and don’t pay it off.
Clearly some of you have never had to push a credit card before. Good luck.....
It's a credit card chillout... Y'all acting like they want us to slam tablets again.
The lesser of several evils is still evil.
We shouldn’t be “pushing” anything
HR wrote this. lmao. NERD.
yeah, we should totally reward Verizon by increasing their profits so they can continue to underpay their front-facing employees and cut back hours. smart!
The customers that qualify won't want it and the customers that have problems paying their phone bill every month wont qualify. Who is this for?
Yeah you don’t need to worry about much now but come august 1st it’ll be back in full force
Said no rep ever....
