They keep on deleting posts questioning management.

All that hate just going up in smoke. It must be frustrating for you. Maybe you can take your thoughts to another board where you will be appreciated.
It's not ER or HR it's some people who I assume are grown ups, name calling and insulting entire groups of people and just generally acting like children.
The only posters who are concerned about their posts being deleted are those who are attempting to stoke h8 towards a certain race, gender, s-x, religion, nationality. The majority of us are not having our posts deleted. I don’t care if it’s ER, the Lay-off.com, or space aliens who delete these posts- as long as they are deleted.

I've been on the site for a while now and here is my observation on what kind of posts mods/admins delete:
- Foul language (a big no-no)
- Defamation
- Racism
- Anything that has personal info
- Using names excluding public figures like PR, Comms, Board and C-Level)
- Unsupported negative posts (e.g., you will all be laid off, ford engineers are not competent, etc)
- Trolling (they axe this sometimes, I've seen some troll posts survive but they typically nix it)
References to violence and sgurd (read this in reverse, I don't -want to be tagged as pitching it here, merely trying to avoid being blocked)

@yjm the only group with enough guts to publicly preach reverse discrimination is the kl-n . Take with it what you will

Individual ER Depts. have no oversight, control, or censorship capability on this site.
The site has trigger words that result in removal.
Reverse discrimination is not white supremacy.
All the reverse discrimination is basically white supremacy speech so that gets taken down. It’s okay to question management but when you spell names out that gets taken down. This forum is just supposed to be a space to discuss layoffs. Leave the h8 speech out and your posts won’t be deleted.
Absolutely. They also deleted the one about reverse discrimination. Don’t believe anyone who says this board isn’t monitored by ER, as its likely an ER person posting saying it isn’t.
