This is not a base pay increase.
The “target” is BEST CASE SCENARIO meaning that if you’re decelerating, that insignificant base pay increase will be MEANINGLESS.
This pay structure is massively f’d. Leadership knows it, don’t let them pull the wool over your eyes.
Do the math on the total compensation increase.

Gm’s and DM’s call themselves “Leadership” all the time. In reality they have little to no influence on their store’s performance. GM is hardly there due to meetings and just coming in whenever they feel like it. The goal is to get promoted that high to be able to “Lead” their lifestyle and shed the rigid SS & ASM schedule.
Please tell your GMs to stop feeding you sh–. They’re just as brainwashed as leadership is. They’re order takers, they aren’t leaders.
